- The construction site is located near the village of Bystřice in close contact with a nursing home, primary and kindergarten school and a residential part of the village. The space is currently used as a meadow with horse breeding and hippotherapy takes place here. The land is currently covered with grass and does not allow its usethe public. The aim is to create a place for rest for the residents of the village and also for the users of the adjoining nursing home. A new building will be located in the area, the object of the construction is the creation of a new public space (a park with pedestrian paths and shelters) and related technical infrastructureucture (public lighting). Part of the fulfillment of the subject of this public contract is also the provision of follow-up services (development and maintenance care) for planted vegetation elements for a period of five years.
