- The subject of the public contract is to ensure the services of the construction administrator according to the principles and standards of the White Book of FIDIC (so -called FIDIC WHITE BOOK) in accordance with the contractual conditions, which are attached to this tender documentation, in the framework of the construction entitled "Primary School of Elementary School", 1 which will be realized FIDIC contractual standards called Terms and Conditions for the supply of technological equipment and designing- the construction of an electrical and machinery and technological work and ground and engineering buildings designed by the FIDIC Yellow Book.
The subject of performance is mainly to ensure management and coordination Project, quality control, monitoring and reporting, solving technical and contractual problems (including claim management), inspection and termination of work, ensuring the BIM coordinator, CDE and technical supervision of the construction and OSH coordinator, as part of the positions of the realization team:
- team leader building manager;
- cost control specialist / variation administration;
- specialist for Claim management and time management;
- Technical supervision of the builder - building structures;
- Technical supervision of the builder - electro;
- Technical supervision of the builder - heating, HVOC;
- Technical supervision of the builder - structural engineer;
- Technical supervision of the builder - fire safety solution of construction;
in the attachments of the tender documentation.
