Description:
The subject of the public contract is the maintenance and renewal of vertical and horizontal road markings on local roads in Česke Budějovice.
The individual specification of works is given in the "Table of specification of works and unit prices" for 12 months, which forms an appendix to the draft Contract for the provision services (hereinafter referred to as the "Draft Agreement").
Part of the tender unit price, depending on the type of signage, will be all costs arising from the assignment and necessary for the complete execution of the work (this is primarily transport, storage, situation plans of traffic signage of a smaller scale, which will be charged according to the table specification of works and unit prices in hourly rate, etc.)
To ensure operability when installing vertical traffic markings on local roads in the territory of the statutory city of Česke Budějovice, the contractor will provide a permanent 24-hour telephone service, which within 30 minutes of notification, on working days from 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. and between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on working days, on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, within 60 minutes, they will ensure the removal of a defect in vertical road markings (especially warning road markings, markings regulating the right of way, etc.) which may endanger health or life, or which may cause property damage.
Notification means the reporting of information about an accident or the need to install local road traffic signs to the dispatch telephone number, either by the customer or by the security forces.
