Description:
The subject of the public contract for construction works according to § 14, paragraph 3 of the ZZVZ is the implementation of planned repairs and emergency repairs of the water supply system in the territory of the capital city of Prague, or in other locations where the Contracting Authority operates water supply systems to the extent of approx. 3,500 individual actions per year.
Part of the subject of performance is theestablishment and use of establishments located in the administrative territory of the capital city of Prague. At least a basic supply of service material intended for the ongoing elimination of defects in the water supply systems operated by the Contracting Authority must be stored in each of such establishments. The supplier is obliged toabout establishments to comply with all requirements (e.g. method of storing material, maintaining order in the workplace, compliance with the ban on smoking, etc.) regarding safety and health protection at work, environmental protection and fire protection resulting from valid legal and other regulationsprotection of health and safety at work.
