• Description:
• The subject of the VZ is the provision of continuous supplies of fuel by cashless collection at gas stations throughout the Czech Republic in the form of fuel cards for motor vehicles for an indefinite period from the effective date of the contract. The client requests the possibility of drawing of fuel within the entire Czech Republic. a) Delivery of fuel cards on the basis of partial orders concluded on the basis of a call for performance in accordance with the procedure specified in the draft contract. b) Cashless collection of fuel at gas stations and additional assortment. Providing services in accordance with Appendix No. 1, Specifications. Estimated amount of fuel/2 years: Gasoline Natural 95 expected volume - 20,000 liters Diesel fuel expected volume - 100,000 liters ADBlue expected volume - 3000 liters Participant by submission offer will confirm that the subject of performance meets all conditions set by law, i.e. by Decree No. 516/2020 Coll., and technical requirements defined by the European standard ČSN EN 228 and ČSN EN 590. For the purposes of this public procurement, "Fuel card" means a domestic card intended for the payment of fuel in accordance with this agreement by an employee of the customer, assigned to the registration plate of a specific vehicle of the customer and non-transferable to a vehicle with another registration plate and also provided with a unique identification number (hereinafter just "card").
