- The purpose of the VZ is to ensure the operation of the kitchen and canteen in the building of the 3rd Primary School at Řičanskeho les, to ensure the operation of the canteen in Sokolska street and to ensure the delivery of meals to other establishments that are included in the central catering system created by the City.
The contractor will provide the following
• school sfeeding pupils of the 3rd Primary School at Řičanske les and feeding other people in the school canteen;
• production of hot meals intended for distribution to the Sokolska Facility;
• production of hot meals intended for distribution to DPS Senior;
• production of hot meals and snacks intended for distribution to Zahradka Kindergarten, to Kuřatko Kindergarten in Kuři and Větrnik Kindergarten or other facilities specified by the Contracting Authority.
The default financial conditions submitted by the Contracting Authority are contained in the Outputs of the financial model - expected financial flows on the part of the concessionaire, which form Annex No. 3 of this Tender documentation.
