- The subject of this contract is the supply of unmodified cation-active asphalt emulsion class splitting 3 (fast splitting) with a minimum asphalt content of 65%, intended for routine maintenance communications, especially for local repair of roads using the jet method and for technology single and multi-layer coatings (approved by MD-OPK and ÚP no. 651/2011-910-IPK/1 dated 14.9. 2011 with effect from 1 October 2011 and TP 96, change no. 1 - October 2020) with the required adhesion unmodified cation-active asphalt emulsions to the aggregate fraction 2/4, 2/5, 4/8 and 8/11. Desired adhesion of unmodified cation-active asphalt emulsion to aggregate fraction 8/11 must be at least 90% (see the minimum technical requirements of Article III of this purchase contract and paragraph 3.2 of the tender documentation). The participant is obliged provide certificates/documents on adhesion to aggregate fraction 8/11 of the tested on 2 (two) aggregate samples submitted by the client. The client requests two samples adhesion to aggregate due to the use of aggregate from two sources (quarries). There will be samples marked numbered 1 and 2. Attested certificates/documents of adhesion to aggregate will be marked number belonging to the relevant sample.
