- The subject of the public contract is the supply of unmodified cation-active asphalt emulsion with cleavage class 3 (quick-cleavage), with a minimum asphalt content of 65% (according to ČSN EN 13808:2013) for technologies of single and multi-layer coatings, special coatings from road emulsion and spraying by the jet method according to TP 96 .Paving of roads using the jet method (approved by MD-OPK and UP no. 651/2011-910-IPK/1 dated 14 September 2011 with effect from 1 October 2011) and TP 96 amendment no. 1 (October 2020) with a minimum the impact on the environment for the implementation of emulsion reports on roads II. and III. class of the Pardubice Region in 2023 including transport to individual warehouses.
