Description:
The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a purchase contract with ongoing supplies of cationic, fast-breaking asphalt emulsions, unmodified, with a nominal binder content of 65% (by weight), hereinafter referred to as KAE 65, for the technology of road surface preparation with jet method, the value of emulsion penetration by test according to ČSN EN 1426 (with approval date of 01.02.2025) will be 70 - 100, the quality of the emulsion must correspond to valid TP and ČSN (EN), ČSN EN 13808:2013 (EN 13808:2013), after refueling, the device must be able to blow from transfer hose residual emulsion, shelf life min. 4 weeks, the tank must be equipped with a serious device for recording the exact amount of rolled emulsion at the sampling point, such as a flow meter or volumetric pump (volume measurement). The estimated volume is approximately 410 tons.
