• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the construction of drainage for the cemetery in Ostrov nad Oslavou and the reconstruction of part of the existing fencing of this cemetery. The procurement procedure for this public contract is divided into partial fulfillment according to individual project documentation. Procurement procedure it is not divided into parts in the sense of § 35 and § 101 of the Act. The participant in the procurement procedure is obliged to submit an offer for the entire subject of the public contract. Breakdown of the public contract into partial performance: 1. Drainage of the cemetery in Ostrov nad Oslavou This is the construction of drainage cemetery in Ostrov nad Oslavou using a drainage system and a new storm drain. Due to the implementation of drainage in place of existing paved areas, new paved areas will also be implemented, including partial expansion to increase the capacity of grave sites and further to the expansion of the cemetery lighting and the expansion of the cemetery water distribution for irrigation. 2. Reconstruction of the fence - cemetery, Ostrov nad Oslavou This is a small building not subject to a permit, construction work on the cemetery fence is being carried out in stages, always at part of the wall, which is in unsatisfactory condition and requires modification.
