- The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of a three-storey building, where premises for accommodation services will be created. On the 1st floor there will be changing rooms for employees, on the 1st floor there will be spaces for social assistance for wheelchair-bound people, and on the 2nd floor rooms and facilities for clients. The result of the project will be a renovated objekt (building A), which now functions as a warehouse and administrative building and is only used partially and to a limited extent. By implementing the event, the building will be fully utilized for the provision of social services in accordance with the Act on Social Services, where requested and requested social services will be provided for a specific clientelu The building's complete accessibility will be ensured by the installation of an elevator and the connection of an access ramp for immobile people to the new entrance to the building on the southeast side.
