• The subject of the performance of the public contract is in cooperation with the contracting authority and according to the documentation prepared by Ing. by architect Andrej Lopatin, IČO: 88168956 (the project documentation is an integral part of this documentation) and the statement of measurements to carry out construction modifications consisting of change of use of part of the building for the purpose of operating a nursery school branch. The premises that are the subject of construction modifications are located on the ground floor of the elementary school and kindergarten in the village of Dymokury with a separate entrance. This is a housing unit that will converted into the premises of a nursery school branch for 12 children and 2 caregivers. Construction modifications will not interfere with the load-bearing structures of the buildings or the exterior of the building. As part of the reconstruction of the premises, a vestibule, cloakroom, sanitary facilities for children, and a toilet will be set up for staff (one toilet, one sink, bidet shower), facilities for staff incl. laundry rooms, hallway, food and beverage outlet, storage, bedroom and living room. Hygienic facilities for children will be equipped with two children's toilets, two children's sinks, shower and towel racks. The following equipment will be located in the facilities for the staff - a sink with a sink mixer connected to hot and cold water, a cabinet for cleaning products, a cabinet for storing dirty linen (towels and bedding), closet for storing clean linen, washing machine, dryer, lockers for storing personal belongings and clothes of care staff. The food service will be used for hot food, cold snacks and drinks. It will be equipped with a kitchen unit with one sink, double sink, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave oven, electric water bath and refrigerator.
