- This is the purchase of chemical lights in pots and types according to the area. 1, Property specification, price offer. The completed and ELECTRONICALLY SIGNED DRAFT contract is an integral part of this VZ. The contracting authority applies for this qualification through the ARES web portal. There will be no meeting of some of the VZ acceptance of the offer of the given applicant. In the total price, include all costs associated with delivery to the city of Pln V 6624 Bechyn (VAT, transport to the city of Uren, etc.). Tax deposits will not be allowed. This price cannot be corrected even in the event of a numerical error. DN CHECK THE CORRECTNESS OF THE VPOT A IDENTICAL VALUE of the offer in the NEN and the draft contract. The bids will be evaluated based on the bidder's bid price for the complete supply if the requirements of the buyer are met. If you are an employer employing more than 50% of persons with disabilities and you are authorized to provide replacement payment, please reserve this payment. According to the VAT Act 24 paragraph 1, the supplier is obliged to certify the total prices of the goods by a person not resident in the country. The evaluation of the offer will take place within 14 working days from the end of the sub-offer. Including the supplier will be contacted within 14 working days of the evaluation. The deadline for the merits of the request for the second procedure in the evaluation of the public contract according to l. 27 ROMO .55/2017 of the Ministry of Defense Bulletin - 3 working days from the sending of the notification about the selection of the supplier.
