- Description:
- The purpose of the new building is the building of civic amenities and housing - a new facility of a child group, related utilities and paved areas. All proposed buildings will be permanent, and there will be no temporary construction within the construction. The designed new building is designed in the southeastern part of the built -up area Včelakov township. It is a plot that is owned by the investor. On the plot 703/2 there is currently an outdoor classroom of the elementary school, which is part of the fenced primary school. The land is bounded from the north and western side, by built -up land, from the southern side of the undeveloped land and from the eastern side of local roads. Nearby there are elementary schools and family houses. Land with parc. 703/2 has an irregular shape and area of 2776 m2. The object is designed in an irregular shape with a maximum dimensions of 25.16 x 10.79 m and with a roof ridge 7.70 m from +-0,000. Peripheral wall The object is designed from ceramic blocks width 300 mm + 160 mm thermal insulation. The peripheral walls are stored on concrete bases of 500 and 600 mm. The roof structure of the two -storey part is solved by wooden rafters - a gable roof with a slope of 40 . Single -storey roof structure The parts are solved by a flat roof with 1.5 sloping for a rain lead. The roof covering of the higher part is designed from aluminum sheet (bag imitation) and softened PVC foil. The roof above the terrace will be glass. The floor inside the building is designed from marmoleum, vinyl and ceramic tiles. Part of the fulfillment of this Public procurement is not: ➢ supply of interior equipment of the building - for children's group facilities.
