Description: The subject of the order is the delivery of a vector network analyzer with frequency multiplier measurement of S-parameters of microwave components and systems in the frequency range 10 MHz - 26.5 GHz and 325-500 GHz. The device will be used for testing and characterizing the distribution of microwaves in the frequency range 325-500 GHz, microwave components in the range of 10-5.6 GHz and as a combined system for excitation and detection in the electron spin resonance spectroscopy.
