- The subject of the public contract (VZ) is the complete supply of circulating instrumentation, including containers for the new premises of the Nachod Regional Hospital (ONN) (hereinafter also referred to as "goods" or "equipment" or "tools"). Part of the subject of the public contract is the marking of predetermined types of delivered tools, namely 2D kwith a laser-engraved ode, according to the GS1 UDI standard. The subject of the public contract also includes the provision of free comprehensive warranty service according to the purchase contract and the provision of comprehensive service (during the warranty and post-warranty period of the goods), for a period of 10 years on the basis of contract No. 2 on the provision of serviceof services concluded with the contracting authority ONN.
The detailed specification of the subject of the public contract with the required minimum technical parameters is given in Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation: Technical specification, which is binding for the fulfillment of the subject of this public contract (hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the public contract").
