- The subject of the performance of the public order is supplies including services - implementation of the citizen's portal including the modernization of agenda systems. The fulfillment also includes operation support for a period of at least 60 months after the solution is handed over to live operation.
The fulfillment of the public order specifically includes the supply of these technologiesii:

A further part of the fulfillment is operation support for a period of at least 60 months after the solution has been handed over to live (production) operation. The delivery also includes services related to delivery, installation and configuration, setting and consolidation of rules and permissionsassociated with the subject of delivery and its future operation in the contracting authority's technological environment and training of the contracting authority's employees (users and IT administrators). Furthermore, the subject of the public contract is the standard warranty service and support of the delivered solution and any other performance related to the abovedelivery in accordance with the client's requirements stated in this tender documentation. In addition to the standard warranty service, the client also requires a guarantee of the availability of the supplier's consulting services throughout the warranty period (the client is not obliged to use this service, even partially).... - Documents :
