- Description:
- The subject of the performance of the public contract will be the provision of comprehensive cleaning services for the internal and part of the external premises of the Home for the Elderly in Dobřichovice in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority specified in more detail in the tender documentation and especially its annexes - model contract for the provision of cleaning services and its annexes. The subject of performance will be regular cleaning on a daily basis (365 days a year including holidays), and also on a weekly, monthly and/or annual basis, at frequencies of 1 or more times per relevant period (for a detailed breakdown by room and space, see the annexes to the model contract), as well as irregular cleaning carried out on the basis of partial orders from the client (mainly cleaning and washing of ceiling and wall lights, windows, washing of facade glass surfaces, upholstered furniture, extraordinary cleaning after painting or minor building modifications, etc.). The cleaning services will also include other related services (e.g. regular cleaning audits) and supplies (chemicals, cleaning resources, etc.).
