• Description:
• Ensuring the required volume of relevant performance, consisting in the cleaning of mining machines and equipment (especially machines/large machines, e.g. excavators, stackers, etc.) and auxiliary mine mechanization (e.g. belt cars, drive stations, return stations, belt conveyors, etc.) and technological units from the fallout of mined materials (e.g. accumulated coal, coal dust, wet sediment, soil) and operational impurities that arise during mining and transportation of mined material, etc. The subject of this procurement procedure is negotiation of a Framework Agreement with several Suppliers, but with a maximum of three (3) Suppliers), if the Contracting Authority is unable to select the specified maximum number of Suppliers due to the fact that a sufficient number of Bids were not submitted or these Bids did not meet the requirements set by the ZZVZ or By the Contracting Authority, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to conclude a Framework Agreement only with those Participants in the tendering procedure who have met these requirements, and even with only one Supplier, or may cancel the tendering procedure. The contracting authority will, on the basis of the Framework Agreement, in the manner in mentioned in it, to always order performance in time and to the extent according to their current needs. The exact definition of the Subject of the public contract and other requirements for its implementation, including information, conditions, specifications and other data, are specified in detail in the Tender documentation.
