- Description:
- The subject of the public contract is the provision of cleaning services in the building of the newly built Sanatorium Pálava, i.e. routine cleaning of rooms and extraordinary cleaning using our own cleaning agents and cleaning aids, including the provision of waste bags. Disinfectants, toilet paper and soaps for washing hands will be provided by the client, while the disinfectants used by the client are defined in the disinfection regulations. Cleaning services forming the subject of a public contract must be performed in accordance with Decree No. 306/2012 Coll., on the conditions for preventing the emergence and spread of infectious diseases and on the hygienic requirements for the operation of healthcare facilities and selected social service facilities and with the contracting authority's internal regulations (especially the disinfection regulations). The quality of the performed cleaning services will be assessed by the contracting authority according to key performance indicators (so-called KPIs) according to the List of cleaning works and KPIs.
