Description:
The purpose of the selection procedure is to ensure the need for the contracting authority consisting of clearing the remaining things in housing or non -residential premises and on land within the scope of the Ostrava territorial office.It is appropriate to manage the contracting authority. The supplier undertakes to carry out the following activities:
- clearing and similar work, and other handling of remaining things that accumulate in the clear-proof work. Excludations include the separation of remaining movable assets (hereinafter referred to as the "remaining things") from the further usablemovable items according to the instructions of the authorized representative of the Client, the liquidation dismantling of the remaining things (eg furniture, etc.) and the subsequent clearing of these remaining things from the immovable property;the course of clearing;
- further use of residual movable assets in accordance with Act No. 541/2020 Coll., On Waste (Waste Act), Decree No. 8/2021 Coll.clearing work. The Contracting Parties acknowledge that in accordance with Section 5 (2) of the Waste Act, the Waste is the selected Contractor, at the moment of separation of remaining movable assets representing waste from further usable movablethings.
