- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of comprehensive services for the collection and disposal of hazardous waste, mixed municipal waste, and sorted waste (paper, plastics, glass) from the contracting authority's workplaces, at regular intervals determined by the contracting authority (collection frequency) or upon request according to the currentneeds of the client. For some categories of waste, the services also include the loan of selected types of collection containers by the supplier (hereinafter also the participant) and the supply of PVC bags intended for category 180 103 waste in the number corresponding to the amount of disposed waste.
