Description: The subject of the public contract is the security of comprehensive waste management in the cadastral territory of the contracting authority, including local parts, in line with the generally binding decree of the town of Rájec Jestřebí No. 3/2021, on the establishment of a municipal waste management system, in accordance with Act No. 541 / 2020 Coll., Waste and in accordance with other effective legislation relating to the subject of the public procurement. Part of the waste management will also be the collection of municipal waste from garbage baskets and canine baskets in the territory of Rájec Jestřebí and its local parts.
