- The subject of each part of the Public Contract is the pumping of fuel (diesel and Natural 95 (or Benzin BA95)) at the selected supplier's filling station(s) within a maximum driving distance of 10 km (for more details, see Article 1 of the Tender Documentation) from the given center, without cash using payment cards.
The public contract is divided into 3 procedurally separate parts according to Β§ 35 ZZVZ according to the individual centers of the contracting authority:
