- The subject of the public contract is the provision of complete services in the area of waste management for member municipalities of the association of contractors, the list of which is contained in Annex No. 7 of the procurement documentation (List of municipalities of members of the Association of Municipalities), especially collection, collection, transportation, utilization, sorting and waste disposal,within the scope and under the conditions specified in this procurement documentation, in particular Appendix No. 6 of the procurement documentation (Detailed initial specification of the subject of performance) and Appendix No. 4 of the procurement documentation (binding draft of the Contract for the provision of services in the area of waste management) , all in accordance with applicable lawregulations of the Czech Republic, in particular
Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste (hereinafter referred to as the "Waste Act").
