- The subject of the public contract is:
- physical supply of electricity to the customer's take-off points (hereinafter referred to as supply) with the assumption of the obligation to take electricity from the electricity system,
- transfer of responsibility for deviation to the supplier in accordance with Act No. 458/2000 Coll., on conditions business and about educationthat of the state administration in the energy sector and on the amendment of certain laws (Energy Act), in the valid wording and in the sense of the Decree of the Energy Regulatory Office No. 408/2015 Coll., on the Electricity Market Rules, principles of price formation for the activity of the electricity market operator and implementation some other udetermination of the Energy Act, as amended, and other implementing decrees to this Act as amended,
- ensuring regulated access to the transmission system and distribution systems and ensuring system services,
- ensuring invoicing of regulated and unregulated components of the electricity priceenergy.
The contracting authority requires performance in the form of gradual purchase of electricity. The method of implementation will be specified in the procurement documentation.
