- The subject of the public contract is:
- physical delivery of natural gas to the customer's collection points (hereinafter referred to as delivery) with the assumption of the obligation to collect natural gas,
- transfer of responsibility for the deviation to the supplier in accordance with Act No. 458/2000 Coll., on business conditions and performance state administration in the energy sectorof yours and on the amendment of some laws (Energy Act), as amended, as amended by promulgation No. 349/2015 Coll., on the Rules of the Gas Market, as amended and in accordance with the decrees of the Energy Regulatory Office ERU),
- ensuring regulated access to the transmission system and distribulation systems and provision of system services,
- provision of invoicing of regulated and unregulated components of the price of natural gas. for the delivery period from 01.01.2024 6:00 a.m. to 1/1/2026 6:00 a.m. approx. 2,114 MWh.
