- The subject of the public contract is:
-physical delivery of natural gas to the customer's collection points (hereinafter referred to as delivery) with the assumption of the obligation to collect natural gas,
-transfer of responsibility for the deviation to the supplier in accordance with Act No. 458/2000 Coll., on business conditions and performance of state administration in the energy sectorich and on the amendment of certain laws (energy law), as amended, as amended by promulgation No. 349/2015 Coll., on the Rules of the Gas Market, as amended and in accordance with the decrees of the Energy Regulatory Office (ERU)
-ensuring regulated access to the transmission system and distributionlearning systems and provision of system services,
-ensuring invoicing of regulated and unregulated components of the natural gas price.
Place of performance: Collection points of the central contracting authority and authorizing contracting authorities according to Article 2 of this procurement documentation
Contractors' natural gas collection points in the category of smaller and central consumption in the total number of 28 and in the total quantity of delivery approx. 2,260 MWh/year, for the delivery period 01.01.2025 6:00 a.m. to 01.01.2028 6:00 a.m. approx.
