- The subject of the public contract is:
- physical supply of electricity to the client's off-take points (hereinafter referred to as supply) with an undertaking to take electricity from the electricity system,
- transfer of responsibility for the deviation to the supplier in accordance with Act No. 458/2000 Coll., on conditions business and educationof the State Administration in the Energy Sector (Energy Act), as amended and in accordance with Decree of the Energy Regulatory Office No. 408/2015 Coll., on the Electricity Market Rules, as amended and other implementing decrees to this Act as amended,
- provision of regulatedaccess to the transmission system and distribution systems and provision of system services,
- provision of invoicing of regulated and unregulated components of the price of electricity.9 and in the total quantity of supply approx. 2,749 MWh/year, for the supply period 01.01.2024 31.12.2024:
a) LV voltage level 257 consumption points and in the total quantity approx. 2,342 MWh/year,
b) HV voltage level - collection points in the number of 2 and a total amount of approx. 407 MWh/year.
