The project deals with the modification of the public space on Comenské náměstí in Říčany with an area of 4420m2. At present, it is an undeveloped area with no public use. The subject is the implementation of lawns on the entire area, benches and modification of parking spaces around the area park. Another specification is the content of the contract - Annex No. 3 and all parts of the project documentation, including the measurement statement VZ Park Komenského náměstí, Říčany - II.
