(nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of this above-limit public contract is the provision of a functional common data environment Common Data Environment (hereinafter also "CDE", the "CDE" system), where all information about selected stateclient's projects. The subject of the public contract includes • Provision of a license for the CDE system for the statutory city of Ostrava, including technical support of the CDE system and operation of the system in the form of SaaS (software as a service) on technical means provided by the provider, subject to license conditionsto those given in this tender documentation • Implementation of the system, configuration of the common data environment - the CDE system for the customer, making the system available to the customer's administrator/administrator and nominated users • Delivery of CDE user and administrator documentation • Training of project administratorsdnatele, user training• Provision of extended technical support, consultation on the use of the CDE system in the client's environment and application support incl. training of new users
