Description:
The subject of the contract is to rebuild the ground -floor partially basement building into st. No. 574/1 in the cadastral area Mšeno. The building was originally used as a health center and will now serve as a community center. The construction work will be demolished and the new layout of the 1st floor and 1 PP, where A multipurpose room and other rooms needed to run the building (bathroom, cleaning, dressing rooms) will be created. The new partitions will be masonry of ceramic bricks, ceilings will be from plasterboard fire boards, plastered walls will be overflowed, new floor surfaces including new songs will be Follow the overflowed or ceramics of the lined walls. The roof insulation is performed by blown cellular thermal insulation. The windows and doors are exchanged for elements with plastic frames with triple glazing. The interior doors will be laminated in steel square doorframes.
