Description:
The subject of the public contract is the supply of electronics according to the project documentation (hereinafter referred to as "PD") and the statement of measurements and the provision of related services. Delivery of interior equipment - electronics includes transport, assembly, installation, training and processing technical-operational documentation. All technical conditions are listed as minimum (or maximum according to their nature) and binding. The supplier is entitled to offer performance with better parameters than those set by the contracting authority as minimum, respectively maximum according to their nature. In such a case, the supplier is obliged to prove that the parameter offered by him really represents a better fulfillment of the given technical condition. The delivery will be carried out during the finishing construction works or after them completion during trial operation. In particular, an integral part of the subject of the public contract is: a) transport to the place of fulfillment, assembly, installation, commissioning, including verification of its functionality, performance of all operational tests and prescribed tests according to relevant applicable legislation, verification of declared technical parameters; b) briefing ("training") of personnel; c) issuance of a training report, or personnel briefing, and a protocol authorizing subsequent personnel briefings in use the subject of the public contract for the user's designated employee; d) signature of the transfer protocol; e) provision of comprehensive warranty service and repairs, including the supply of spare parts; f) delivery of documents that are necessary for the use of the goods...
