Description:
The public contract is implemented within the project of the National Renewal Plan entitled “Creating an Action Plan for the Development of the State Service within the National Renewal Plan” Reg. No. CZ.31.3.0/0.0/0.0/23_091/0008391 Pilot project to at least 3 service offices, with the aim of strengthening the competences of managers (presented and senior employees) and specialists (employees with specific skills) of service authorities by changes in the field of development and career planning and recruitment. For this purpose, in the first phase of the project will be created for managers at individual levels of management and for groups of specialists (these are groups of employees who are not able to obtain the labor market). The creation of a competence framework and the design of its implementation is the subject of this small -scale public contract.
