- The subject of the public contract for services is the complete organizational, technical and production provision of the city-wide Brno festival held on August 14-16, 2026. It is mainly the provision of the following activities: • Occupancy of premises for holding parties • Cultural and accompanying program, workshops for the public • Technical security (stage, sound system, lighting, electrical installation and connection, assembly and disassembly of equipment, including the provision of all technical personnel) • Organizational provision of the event • Provision of the necessary permits related to the event (if required) • Coordination of the program, suppliers and performers • Mobile equipment, stands with refreshments and facilities, mobile toilets • Coordination of health and safety and fire protection, communication with public administration bodies Detailed a description of the performance, including deadlines, is given in Appendix No. 3 of the Call Organization of festivals
