- The subject of the public contract is the completion of the central part of the village of Bily Kostel nad Nisou, which includes the complete modification of the existing area in connection with the surroundings of the building. Currently, there are three apartment buildings here, which will be supplemented by two more apartment buildings (B.1 and B.2) as part of the completion, and one object of civic amenities. The buildings are connected to the public water, sewage, gas, electricity and Cetin networks. The subject area is located in the built-up area of ββthe village of Bily kostel nad Nisou, in the area between the elementary school, the kindergarten, the pub and the development of family houses.
