• Brief description of the subject:
  The subject of the public contract is construction work during the implementation of the project entitled "Completion of the OKB building and expansion of the operational technical building at the Regional Hospital Trutnov", and related supplies and services. Part of the fulfillment of this public contract is also the provision of all servicesrequirements related to construction works, including the securing and handing over of approval approval (or approval decision or other measure of the relevant building authority, on the basis of which it will be possible to permanently use the completed building in the sense of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on spatial planning and building regulations, ine as amended), by the supplier.
  The subject of the public contract is divided into the following parts:
  1. part: Completion of the OKB building
  Current status: The foundation of the building has been completed, the monolithic supporting structure of the 1st floor including the ceiling, electrical duct, hot water duct. Sewerage, electrical distribution under the object.
  Addduring the implementation of this part of the public contract, the contractor will use the material already acquired by the contracting authority, the list of which is included in Annex No. 1g) of these tender conditions - list of materials.
  The final form of this part of the work is precisely defined by the project documentation of the company PENTA PROJEKT s.r.o. and the acreage report, from whichereho, the construction work carried out so far in the part of the OKB under construction has already been subtracted and only includes the work that is needed for the completion of the OKB building under construction. Description of modifications within the scope of the changes made, according to DPS.
  2. part: Addition of an operational technical building in ON Trutnov
