Description:
The subject of this contract is the supply, assembly, installation and commissioning of a complex automatic CNC line for the processing of flat glass and the washing technology connected to it, under the conditions set out in this procurement documentation and its annexes. This public contract is entered as part of an open call according to the Rules for the selection of suppliers of the Operational Program Technology and Applications for Competitiveness, managed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, effective from 1 May 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules"). This is not a procurement procedure according to of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the awarding of public contracts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "ZZVZ").
