- The subject of the public contract is the development of a proposal for comprehensive land improvements (according to Act No. 139/2002 Coll., on land improvements and land authorities and on the amendment of Act No. 229/1991 Coll., on the adjustment of ownership relations to land and other agricultural property, as amended later regulations) including necessary onessurveying activities intended for the renewal of the cadastral record (the accuracy of the geometric and position determination will correspond to code 3 of the quality characteristics according to § 7 paragraph and point 13 of the annex to Decree No. 357/2013 Coll. Decree on the Real Estate Cadastre (Cadastral Decree)), preparation of documentation for thepublishing the results of the KoPU to the real estate cadastre. (hereinafter referred to as "the work").
The work will serve as a basis for the Land Office's decision on the approval of the land development proposal and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights, as well as an indispensable basis for spatial planning. KoPU district in c.u. Kingice at Rakovnik extends into part of the neighboring c.u. Eq.
Extent of KoPU perimeter in cubic meters Kralovice u Rakovnika is 1155 ha.
