- The subject of this public contract for services is the processing of a proposal for complex land improvements (hereinafter referred to as "KoPU") in the cadastral territory of Svrabov, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the real estate cadastre. The draft KoPU will be processed so that it can be entered intoreal estate cadastre. The work will serve as a basis for the land office's decision on the approval of the proposal for land improvements and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The entire cadastral area of Svrabov, outside the built-up area of the village, will be included in the complex land management area. Total transThe estimated area of the KoPU district is 359 ha. Due to the height differences, high visibility, location of the in the immediate vicinity of the Jordan water reservoir and the high erosion risk of the given c.u. it is assumed that extensive anti-erosion measures must be included in the draft of the KoPU, the basis will be the Study againsterosion and anti-flood protection of the Jordan water reservoir basin (VUMOP 2010).
