• Description:
• The subject of the small-scale public contract is the provision of comprehensive management and user support of the contracting authority's IT infrastructure. This comprehensive management includes: a) server management: monitoring, patch management, user/rights management (AD/LDAP), performance optimization; b) network management: Kerio Control management (including regular checks of rules and licenses), switch management, site connectivity supervision; c) management of end stations (PC/NB): OS and SW installation, regular maintenance, solving HW/SW problems; d) data backup and recovery: daily and weekly backup, data recovery testing; e) weekly controlled cash server updates; f) management of company mobile devices; g) security: anti-virus protection, monitoring of logs, resolution of security incidents; h) documentation: request to create a continuous updating of IT documentation (network, servers, SW licenses, security policies); i) user support and troubleshooting of devices, including emergency interventions; j) other activities not listed above, which normally involve complex information management technologies are related. Appendix No. 1 provides a description and scope of the existing IT infrastructure and required service availability. The rights and obligations of the execution of the public contract result from the binding draft of the IT administration and user support contract - see Appendix No. 2 challenges. This draft contract contains binding conditions for the participant. In the said draft contract, the participant shall complete the missing data. The participant signs the supplemented draft contract and makes it part of their offer.
