The subject of the public order is a set of insurance services for the contracting authority. Insurance services include movable and immovable property insurance, liability insurance, employee liability insurance for damage caused by employers and excess insurance coverti. The public contract is divided into 3 parts in accordance with § 101 ZZVZ1. part-Property and liability insurance The subject of this part of the public contract is insurance of movable and immovable property and liability insurance. Part 2-Employee liability insurance The subject of this part of the public contract is insuranceliability of the employee for damage caused by the employer.
