Description: The subject of the public contract is the insurance of assets and liability for damage caused by the contracting authority, insurance of motor vehicles, coverage of medical expenses on business trips of employees and students of the contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as "travel insurance")
Insured property is located in the Czech Republic, especially in Pilsen, Cheb and in the village of Nečtiny Hrad. Among the insured assets are also assets that are not owned by the contracting authority, but it uses it on the basis of a contractual relationship (eg borrowing contract, lease). Travel insurance will be arranged worldwide, without territorial restrictions.
The public contract is divided into 2 (two) separate parts within the meaning of Section 35 of the Public Procurement Act, namely:
Part 1 - Insurance of assets and liability including motor vehicle insurance,
Part 2 - Travel insurance.
