Description:
The subject of the Public Contract is to ensure the operation of the kitchen and canteen in the building of the Contracting Authority and the operation of the dispensary in Rakovnik Primary School, Elementary School and Kindergarten. The terms used in this Tender Documentation in connection with the description of the subject of the Public Contract are defined in detail in the Binding Draft Concession Agreement, which forms the AnnexNo. 1 Procurement documentation (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement").
The supplier will ensure the following
• school meals for the pupils of the Employer, Masaryk business academy, secondary school, elementary school and kindergarten Rakovnik and other persons (especially employees of the Employer, Masaryk business academy and secondary school, primary school and Kindergarten Rakovnik) in the school canteen,
• properating a canteen in Rakovnik Primary School, Primary School and Kindergarten and delivering meals to this canteen,
• all-day meals for clients of the Home for the Elderly throughout the year, meals for employees of the Home for the Elderly (lunch, possibly dinner all year round).
The initial financial conditions presented by the Contracting Authority are contained in the Financial Model of the concession, onlyž forms Annex No. 2 of the Procurement Documentation.
