Prague II - part 2. - Ensuring the audit of the economic viability of the joint venture Nove HoleΕ‘ovice a.s. and the Contract for the construction of the station revitalizationmetro Palmovka with the company Akvo Praha s.r.o.
The subject of the VZMR is the execution of two audits of economic feasibility, which will concern
(a) the established joint venture Nove HoleΕ‘ovice a.s., ID: 119 26 384 and
(b) the concluded contract for the construction of the revitalization of the Palmovka metro station with Akvo Praha s.r.o., IΔO: 262 02 093.
Audits will be carried out mainly as
(a)Assessment of the current status of the project of the joint venture Nove HoleΕ‘ovice a.s. and concluded contracts on the Palmovka metro station revitalization exhibition (economic, functional, technical and legal assessment);
(b) Verification of whether the establishment of a joint ventureNove HoleΕ‘ovice a.s. and the conclusion of the contract on the construction of the revitalization of the Palmovka metro station was necessary for the Contracting Authority; (c) Verification of whether the chosen/requested/received/implemented solution was the most appropriate at the given place and time in comparison with other hypothetical options available on the market (especially in relation tou to the choice and implementation of the solution);
(d) Verification of whether the agreed price of revitalization of the Palmovka metro station corresponds to the price of similar services, verification of the actual performance, including the method of solving multitasking; , which can contribute to the potential... - Documents:
