- The subject of the public contract is the provision of complete organizational and technical security for the Conference of Speakers of the Parliaments of the European Union Member States ("Conference" or "Event") on April 24 - 25, 2023, which will take place in the premises of the Prague Congress Center (provision of premises for eventse will be resolved by a separate lease agreement concluded by the client with the owner of the premises).
The subject of the public contract is the provision of services of an organizational nature, IT services and catering. The detailed technical specification and required parameters of the requested performance are listed in Appendix No. 2 of the tender documentation andin the draft contract for the performance of a public contract, which forms Annex No. 3 of the procurement documentation.
