- The subject of this public contract is the supply of elmont. work and is specified in detail in the tender documentation annexes.
The public contract is divided into 2 parts, as allowed by the provisions of § 35 and § 101 of the Act. Bids can be submitted for one or both parts of the contract, while each part of the contract will be pjudged and evaluated separately. The offer for each part of the contract must be submitted separately.
The reason for the division is that the individual parts of the contract are specific in their location, the participant who best meets the conditions for one part may not meet these conditions for another part of the contract.

The contractual conditions for the implementation of the subject of the public contract are then specificprovided in the draft of the purchase contract, which forms Annex No. 2 a-b, where a separate draft of the purchase contract is drawn up for each part.
