Description:
The subject of the public contract is in accordance with the project documentation of the implementation of the elementary school J.V. Brewer in Zbiroh. Part of the construction is: • own superstructure 2: NP of the catering building • building modifications of other floors of catering building related to the superstructure • extension of the elevator to the 1st grade building and connected construction work (reinforced areas, support wall) demolition work on the existing building The needs of the implementation of the body of the 3rd floor, the extension of the elevator and the newly induced requirements in terms of fire safety (CHÚC creation), etc. The designed superstructure is designed as a light, steel supporting frame structure, sandwich panels, single -sheet roof on trapezoidal sheets. An integral part of the construction is the extension of the outdoor elevator with a brick elevator shaft, ceiling of prestressed panels and a flat roof.
