Description:
The subject of performance of this public contract is a functional work consisting in the implementation of all supplies of things, work, services related to the construction of a steam -gas cycle No. 2 in the United Energy, a.s. Specifications and other data and information contained in detail in the book A and B ZD.
The basic extent of the work forming a public contract:
C. 8 Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., On Documentation of Buildings, as amended, and other documentation including supplier necessary for goods, services and other activities associated with the implementation of the work including its testing, commissioning and handover to the contracting authority, and
Or equipment at the site of the work, including the necessary related relocations of existing buildings, networks or equipment of the contracting authority, which must not be affected by the work, all in the extent necessary to perform the work, and
Boilers including related building parts, accessories and pipeline wiring, all according to the proposal of the supplier (contractor) in accordance with the requirements of ZD, and
