- The subject of the public contract is the construction work of the Chotusice store on the no. ST.52/2, k.u. Chotusice. It is a single -storey building of civic amenities with one commercial unit - shop. The building was built in the 1960s and has not passed extensive modifications since then. Intent The contracting authority is a total reconstruction of the building associated with a reduction in the energy performance of the building. A complete reconstruction of the operation facilities, a complete reconstruction of the technical equipment of the building and a complete reconstruction of thermal insulation of the building envelope, including the reconstruction of the roofing. Window and door The fillings will be unified in height and the whole facade will be leveled with the help of a new contact insulation in the monochrome color.
